When my Momma passed it was a very hard time for me. I was the one who found her at her house. it is a horrible thing to go through. I am not a cook, but i probably have baked more than anyone on this planet... As i worked at a bakery that made McDonalds buns :) We would put a half ton of dough through the machines in 18 minutes on the Big Mac buns.

Other than my creation of "Pizzonia" a cross between Lasagna and Pizza i am really not creative in the kitchen. My wife Carol is a wonderful cook and that keeps me out of the kitchen! The recipes were one of my first picks of momma's things after she passed. I had always said i was going to do this so i decided i had better get this on the net to share with my family, friends and the net. As a Teenager Momma's big huge pan of Brownies was always a hit. I remember her fine crushing Walnuts as a decoration on Top. I did not, nor still like a chunky Walnut. From Square Dancing to Sports Banquets Momma's Brownies were always a favorite. No, this was not a cigarette butt laying on it, just a yellow piece of tape.
